I like to maintain my 2007 Toyota Yaris 4DR sedan. Here are some notes I’ve gathered:
How to reset the maintenance required light
- Make sure the trip meter is on Trip A.
- With the key in the off position, hold down the trip reset button. Note: Your trip meters will not be reset.
- Turn the key to the ”on” position, but do not start the car.
- The trip meter will display flashing dashes. Hold the trip meter while these dashes “count down”. When the dashes are gone, the ”MAINT REQD” light will turn off.
Changing the spark plugs
The spark plugs should be tightened to 13 ft lbs.
Tires
The lug nuts should be tightened to 76 ft lbs.
The tires are P185/60R15.
